Please avoid loud noises, loud music or conversations in outdoor areas, including the dock, during these hours.
General rules
- Using air conditioning: Turn off air conditioners when leaving the rooms and keep doors closed to prevent them from turning off automatically.
- Waste management:
○ Don't throw toilet paper into the toilet; use the baskets.
○ Dispose of grease, oil and food scraps in a container before throwing them into the trash; do not pour them down the sink.
○ If you use the dishwasher, rinse off any food scraps before loading it. - Servicio de limpieza:
○ Estancias de más de tres noches incluyen limpieza básica cada tercer día (hacer camas y vaciar botes de basura).
○ Si prefieres no recibir este servicio, avísanos.

Rules in the lagoon
For your safety and to protect this unique ecosystem:
- Always wear a life jacket.
- Sail against the wind.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Anchor kayaks after use and use only designated dock accesses.
- Do not swim if there is a thunderstorm.
- If you cross to the other side of the lagoon, avoid walking on the muddy terrain and stay in the kayak. Caution: Activities in the lagoon are the sole responsibility of the guest. Always exercise caution and avoid entering the water without supervision or without knowing how to swim.
Wildlife
Our property is in a protected area, home to diverse wildlife. Please follow these recommendations:
- Spider monkeys: Do not feed them or try to touch them; keep your distance.
- Scorpions and spiders: Check clothing, shoes and beds before using them.
- Crocodiles: Avoid approaching water areas and keep your distance.
- Snakes: Watch where you walk and avoid areas with dry leaves.
Respect the environment and avoid any direct interaction with animals to ensure your safety and the conservation of the ecosystem.
Fractionation Rules
- Maximum speed: 40 km/h.
- Access: The gate to the subdivision is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please let us know if you arrive outside of these hours.
